About Captain Paul

Captain Paul Roser is a Maryland native that has been hunting, fishing and boating on the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding waters for over 30 years.  He is a U.S. Navy veteran, who currently holds a USCG OUPV "6-Pack" license and is CPR/First Aid certified.  When he is not working, he enjoys fishing, waterfowl hunting, skeet shooting and boating with family and friends.
